Therapeutic Massage: Similar to the Relaxation Massage, but more specific to problem areas.  Additional techniques are used such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, and Deep Tissue.

Hot Stone Massage: Smooth Stones are used to alleviate pain in concentrated areas on the body.  The heat from the stones is slowly released and designed to enhance relaxation, harmony, and rejuvenation.

Cranial Sacral Therapy: Releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and disfunction.  Improves whole-body health and performance.  You remain fully clothed as you relax and are treated using delicate manual techniques to alleviate problem areas and improve the central nervous system.  This treatment is especially beneficial to those with Migraines/Headaches, Chronic Neck and Back Pain, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, TMJ Syndrome, Scoliosis, Central Nervous System Disorders, and many other conditions.
